01 / The approach
Start with your business. Understand what holds it back before choosing the tools.
Find the support that fitsSee how work gets done, who’s involved and where your team gets stuck.
Work out what manual tasks, delays and rework cost in time and money.
Prioritise where AI could help most, then select the right tools for the work.
Build your team’s confidence, agree who’s responsible and check what improves.

A talk, workshop or guided working sessions.
You have a useful idea to put into practice.
Turn a promising idea into a way of working your team can use and check.
Build, test and refine agreed workflows together.

Not sure which fits? We can work that out together
What that could look like
A new enquiry can mean chasing details, searching past work and preparing a proposal from scratch. AI can help organise the requirements and prepare a first draft, while your team stays in control of the advice, pricing and final response.

Talk it through for free04 / Your next step
Tell me what’s slowing your team down. We’ll talk through where AI might help and a sensible place to start.
No preparation needed. Just a conversation.
No suitable time, or prefer email?
Send a little about your business and a time that suits you.
We talk about how your team works, where things get stuck and where AI could help. If there’s a fit, I’ll explain the support that could make sense. If there isn’t, I’ll say so.
No. You can come with a business problem, a learning need or an idea you want to put into practice. We can discuss whether strategy, education or implementation support fits your next step.
Start with what your team already uses and the work you need to improve. The aim is to choose tools by their usefulness to your business, rather than add complexity.
Agree what AI can prepare, what information it can use and who checks the result. The enquiry-to-proposal example above shows this: your team retains the decisions about scope, pricing and the final response.
This is optional. Write down the challenge and the change you want to see, then copy your brief into your booking notes.
Your answers stay in this browser. Nothing is sent when you create the brief. They clear when you leave or reload, so copy anything you want to keep.
