Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics only loads on this website after you choose to allow it. It helps me understand page visits and actions such as opening the calendar, completing an embedded booking or clicking an email link. It also receives technical information about the visit and uses cookies to recognise visits. Advertising features are disabled in this website’s integration.

The website sends predefined page paths, service categories and button locations. It does not send your brief, name, email address or Calendly booking answers as analytics event details. General campaign labels may be used to understand where visits came from. Arbitrary URL parameters are excluded.

Your analytics preference is saved in this browser. You can decline analytics and still use the website and book a conversation. You can change your preference here or in the footer. Declining stops future website analytics and removes this site’s Google Analytics cookies; it does not remove data already received by Google.

Campaign links

If you allow analytics, predefined campaign labels can be kept in this tab for up to 30 minutes after you open a labelled page. This helps preserve the source when you move between articles and booking. A new recognised campaign replaces the previous one. Declining analytics clears this stored attribution. Names, email addresses and arbitrary link parameters are not stored this way.

Booking with Calendly

Calendly is an external booking provider. Its embedded calendar loads when you request available times; a direct link is also available. Your browser connects to Calendly when you open it. If you book, the information you enter goes to Calendly and to me so the meeting can be arranged. With analytics allowed, supported campaign labels are passed to the booking link. The link also identifies the service selected and whether you used the embedded or separate-tab booking route. Calendly provides its own cookie choices and privacy notice.

The optional brief

The brief builder works in your browser. Creating a brief does not send its text to me, Google Analytics or Calendly. It clears when you leave or reload the page. The copy button puts it on your clipboard; you decide whether to share it by email or in booking notes.

Website delivery

This website is hosted by Vercel. Like other hosting providers, it processes technical requests to deliver pages and operate its service. See Vercel’s privacy policy. External services may process information outside Australia under their own policies.
